On Thursday 17th September, Chris attended a conference for procurement professionals at the Hyatt in Melbourne. The Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply is the world’s largest procurement organisation with over 94,000 members in 150 countries. They are best known for the Purchasing Managers’ Indices, key economic indicators used by the Bank of England and organisations all over the world. They also spearhead the fight against slave labour and promote buying from indigenous communities.
